RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Sideline Society. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached when applicable

Refund Options

Eligible returns may choose one of the following:

Store Credit

Receive store credit to use toward a future purchase.

Exchange

Exchange your item for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Receive a refund to your original form of payment.

Return Shipping

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For your convenience, our return portal will provide a prepaid return label.
  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Return Approval

Sideline Society reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
