RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from Sideline Society. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or damage
  • Returned with original tags attached, when applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.


Refund Options

Eligible returns may choose one of the following:

Store Credit

Receive 100% store credit to use toward a future purchase.

No 20% restocking fee applies when choosing store credit.

Exchange

Exchange your item for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

No 20% restocking fee applies to exchanges.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Receive a refund to your original payment method, less applicable return fees outlined below.


Return Shipping

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from all customer-initiated returns.
  • For your convenience, our return portal provides a prepaid return shipping label, so you won't need to purchase postage separately.

Restocking Fee

To help cover the costs of processing, inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned merchandise, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to refunds issued to the original payment method.

The 20% restocking fee is waived when you choose:

  • Store Credit
  • An Exchange

This allows you to receive the full value of your eligible return while shopping with Sideline Society.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sidelinesocietyapparel@gmail.com.

Please include your order number along with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your claim is approved, Sideline Society will provide a prepaid return label and no return shipping or restocking fees will apply.


Return Approval

Sideline Society reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
