SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Sideline Society! We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE Standard U.S. Shipping on orders of $70 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold will have shipping calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During holidays, promotions, product launches, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, most domestic U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order.
Sideline Society is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Sideline Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend:
- Checking around your delivery location.
- Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
- Filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure the fastest delivery, some orders may ship separately. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package and tracking number.
Some items are made to order and may ship separately or require additional processing time. Estimated processing times are listed on each product page when applicable.
